2. Your Agreement to Our Terms & International Compliance

5. Your Role: Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Your Content and Contributions:

    • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your original contributions.
    • Our Use: By contributing content, you grant Guitaroverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your contributions in connection with operating and promoting the Site. 6. Account Management, Age Requirements & User Blocking

  • Account Creation: To engage in interactive features like commenting and voting, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure.
  • Age Requirements: The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
